Im trying to complete the quest called "[Alchemy Lv26] A Crystal That's Missed" that I get from the Jewelry Vendor Ardan in Florin, it asks me to combine Magic Crystal of Infinity - Armor x1, Fruit of Magic Power x1, Magic Crystal of Crimson Flame - Precision x1, Translucent Crystal x3, and Ash sap x4 to create Magic Crystal of Infinity - Armor. I go to my residence and combine it all in the alchemy tool and it fails, I checked over it 3 times before I did it, and I tried it again after I failed and realized that its bugged. Can this be fixed please?
My alchemy level is skilled 6. And bdo codex says I only need to be apprentice level 1 or higher to make this.

Ok well if thats true that means they made a mistake on the description, it literally states Magic Crystal of Abundance - Armor x1. This should be corrected so people dont get confused. I will try swapping the Magic Crystal from abundance to infinity to see if it works, thanks again.
BTW, Magic Crystal of Abundance is green and Magic Crystal of Infinity is blue? So your saying switching it from green to blue will work?
Edit: I see that your misinterpreting the colors of the crystals. you think that Magic Crystal of Abundance is blue, but actually it already is green, both of those crystals listed in the description are both green already.

The level of Alchemy I think was the issue, not the ingredients, but regardless, the quest should of never been an option for a low level like mine before, idk why it allowed me to take the quest when I wasnt even high enought level for an alchemist. and bdo codex apparently had the wrong level required to make this recepie work too. I think they need to double check and see what lvl alchemy this quest is given out at, and what lvl you are required for producing this crystal.
